The B&B
The Bed and Breakfast Mare e Sole Villa Urso is located in a modern residence with direct access to the sea of Avolain the province of Syracuse5 minutes' drive from Noto, in the beautiful eastern Sicily. The B&B consists of 6 rooms, spacious, bright and comfortable. 3 are located on the first floor, with private balconies overlooking the sea and 3 on the ground floor with access to the garden. From the reception, which also includes the Bar, you can access the rooms equipped with bathroom, television, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, minibar and telephone.
The garden surrounded by green lawns, where breakfast is served, is full of typical local trees, Lemons, orange, envelope, Mandarin, dwarf bananas and Lebanon grapefruitand finally the plan of the The Green, from whose leaves is obtained a tasty drink, thirst-quenching and fragrant, so welcome to the guests.
The window and doorframes are in 68 super-thermal aluminium, with a gypsum-plated counterframe, and double-glazed windows with thermal shatterproof glass. The doors, wardrobes, bedside tables and beds are in cherry-stained solid wood, with Permaflex fireproof mattresses, bedspreads and curtains.
Spacious and elegant bathrooms in every room, guaranteed to have plenty of hot and cold water at the same time, thanks to the autonomous water system, typical of large hotels; and many, many other amenities.
The villa has a cistern, storage tank for 100,000 litres of water (100 m3) that feeds a microbiological sterilization plant thus entering into the piping (type Multilayer water tecnic) of all the various bathrooms and taps, purified water, Complies with the Parameters Law No. 31 of the 02.02.2001, implementation of directives 98-83 C.E. concerning the quality of water intended for human consumption.
Within a few kilometres, Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with its famous Baroque and beautiful noble palaces; Pachino with its famous cherry; Syracuse city of Archimedes with sublime immortal works: Greek Theatre, the ear of Dionisio, Catacombs; Amphitheatre and Roman Museum. Taormina (heart of Sicilian culture), Catania, Etna, Modica, Ragusa and the nature reserves of Pantalica, Vendicari and Cava Grande del Cassibile with the famous Laghetti.
